Agreement

By using GanttScore (ganttscore.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. GanttScore is operated by Richey AI Labs.

The free score

The free schedule health score is provided as-is. It reflects the output of our engine running on the file you uploaded at the time of upload. We make no warranty that the score will be accurate for your specific scheduling environment, project management tool version, or file format variant.

The score is a diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of project outcome. A passing score does not guarantee your project will finish on time. A failing score does not mean the project will fail. Use the score as one input to your project management process.

Paid reports ($300 one-time)

A paid single report provides the full analysis for one schedule file: named offending tasks, step-by-step fix instructions, and an AI-generated narrative summary. The report is delivered by email.

Reports are final and non-refundable once generated. If you experience a technical failure (report not delivered, engine error), contact support@ganttscore.com within 7 days and we will re-run or refund at our discretion.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Pro subscription ($500/year)

Pro gives you unlimited schedule scoring and full reports for one year from the date of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancel any time in your account settings or by emailing support@ganttscore.com.

No partial refunds for unused months. If you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your content

You retain all rights to your schedule files. We do not claim any ownership over files you upload. We delete your file immediately after scoring. By uploading a file, you represent that you have the right to do so.

Intellectual property

The GanttScore scoring methodology, engine, scoring weights, user interface, and brand are owned by Richey AI Labs. You may not reproduce, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.

Limitation of liability

GanttScore is provided as a diagnostic tool. Richey AI Labs is not liable for project outcomes, scheduling decisions, contract disputes, or damages of any kind arising from use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify paying customers by email 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
