Refund Policy

Single report ($300, one time)

If the report did not give you what you needed, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it, no hassle. We may ask one question about what fell short, only so we can improve the product, but the refund does not depend on your answer.

Pro ($500 per year)

You can cancel Pro any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first Pro purchase and have not generated more than a few reports, email us and we will refund that first payment. Renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel before any renewal to avoid the charge.

The free score

The instant score is free and always will be. There is nothing to refund there.
