What file types do you accept?

Microsoft Project native (.mpp), Microsoft Project XML (.xml), and Primavera P6 XER (.xer). Maximum file size is 50 MB.

Is my file stored anywhere?

No. The analysis engine parses your file in memory and deletes it immediately after. We store the score and summary metadata, not the file itself. See the Data Handling page for the full policy.

What is the Schedule Health Score?

It is a 0-100 composite index we compute from 17 checks run against your schedule file. It is our index, built on the DCMA 14-point assessment methodology. See "How the Score Works" for the exact weighting.

DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency) developed a standard 14-check framework for evaluating whether a project schedule is reliable. Federal agencies use it to vet contractor schedules. We built our engine on the same 14 checks and added 3 more.

What does the free score include?

The free score includes your Schedule Health Score (0-100) and a pass/fail result for each of the 17 checks. You can see exactly which checks failed. The fix steps and the list of offending tasks require the paid report.

Do I need an account to score my schedule?

No account or password needed to get a free score. You give us your email to unlock the full scorecard. One-time report buyers receive the PDF by email with no account. Only Pro subscribers need a login.

How accurate is the analysis?

The 17 checks are deterministic: they run the same calculation every time against the data in your file. The score is only as accurate as the data. A schedule with placeholder logic or dummy dates will score poorly, which is the point.

Do you support Primavera P6?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The engine accepts .xer files from Primavera P6. Upload and scoring work the same way. Fix instructions in the paid report will be tailored to P6 when the P6 workflow is fully released.
