Who we are

GanttScore is a schedule health scoring service that analyzes Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 files for structural problems based on the DCMA 14-point assessment framework. Our website is ganttscore.com.

What we collect and why

Schedule files: When you upload a file to be scored, we parse it in memory to run the health checks. The file is deleted from our servers the moment the analysis is complete and is never stored. The resulting report, which names the flagged tasks so you can fix them, is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) for its retention window and then permanently deleted. Email address: We collect your email when you ask us to send you your results link, or when you purchase a report (Stripe uses it for the payment receipt). We use it for exactly three things: your receipt, delivering your report link, and (with your consent) occasional product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time. The report's contents are never emailed, and your email is never linked to any content from your file. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.

Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics (pages visited, score ranges, check outcomes in aggregate) to understand how the product is used. No personally identifiable information is included in this data. We do not use third-party advertising tracking.

How we use your data

• To deliver the service: parse your file, compute your score, return the results.
• To process payment (via Stripe) if you purchase a report, and to email you your report link. The report's contents live at your private link, never in the email itself.
• To send product updates if you opted in. You can opt out at any time.
• To improve the product using aggregated, anonymized usage data.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with data brokers. We do not use your schedule content for AI model training.

Data retention

Schedule files: deleted immediately after scoring. Not retained. Result pages: free results are deleted after 24 hours; paid single reports after 30 days; Annual subscribers' reports are retained through the end of the current subscription year and can be deleted on request at any time (email support@ganttscore.com). Score history (score, verdict, file name, and per-check pass or fail status, never task data) is kept to power your account history and score trends until you delete it. You can download it as CSV or delete it yourself at any time from your account page.

Email addresses: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. To request deletion, email us at support@ganttscore.com with subject "Delete my data."

Your rights (EU / GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including: the right to access your data, the right to correct inaccurate data, the right to request deletion, and the right to object to processing.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to maintain your scored state during a visit (so we can show you your results), and, if you sign in as an Annual subscriber, an authentication session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. If you use a browser that blocks all cookies, the score results page may not function correctly.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate: Vercel (hosting and CDN), Google Cloud Run (schedule analysis engine), Supabase (account data for Annual subscribers), Stripe (payment processing for paid reports and Annual subscriptions), and Resend (email delivery for report links and product updates). Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data each service needs to function.
