Anyone can filter a schedule to a date window. The hard part of a 3-week or 6-week look-ahead is the arguing: which of those tasks actually matter, what should already be done, and what the next window is waiting on. GanttScore builds that brief from your file's own logic in about fifteen seconds.

What the brief contains
- Carry-in risk: work the plan says should already be started or finished at the data date. The window inherits this risk before it begins.
- Starts at risk: in-window tasks whose predecessor is not ready, named with the blocking task. The thing superintendents hunt for by hand in every weekly meeting.
- The leverage ranking: every in-window task scored by criticality, the successor work it releases into the following window through driving relationships, and convergence exposure at merge points.
- The driving chain: a Gantt strip of the path from the top task, so the room sees the sequence, not a wall of bars.
- Handoffs and milestones: what this window must deliver for the next one to begin, and the commitments on the board.
Defensible by construction
No black box. The ranking uses vocabulary your reviewer already accepts: driving relationships, near-critical float bands, negative float severity, path convergence. Every ranked task carries its why in plain numbers, and the method note states what is excluded and what is heuristic. If your scheduler wants to argue with it, the math is right there to argue with.
